Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your order to process. Shipping times will vary depending on your shipping address and can take up to 7 – 10 business days. We currently do not ship to international destinations.

Order Tracking Exchanges
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment. This email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
Order Adjustments and Cancellation
We normally do not accept order cancelations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 30 days for us to process any refunds owing. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship our packages Canada Post UPS or FedEx.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
Can I enter special delivery instructions?
If you have any special delivery instructions, please select the box that says “Order Notes” during checkout and enter your request. If you have any questions, please contact us.
