What type of payment method does George’s Cream accept?

We accept all major credit cards including debit visa for George’s Cream payments.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.

Why is my order delayed?

We are doing our best to get all orders picked, packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your order to process. Shipping times will vary depending on your shipping address and can take up to 7 – 10 business days.

I have a tracking number, but my order shows no movement. When will I receive it?

Don’t be worried if your tracking number says that it has no information yet: it can take at least 48 hours to activate on the carrier’s end. If there is a high volume of orders, shipping carriers may take even longer to activate the tracking information and unfortunately, we have no control over this part of the process.

When it is activated, click the number to track your package’s progress.

Once your order is shipped, you may experience delivery delays. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience and support. If you want more specific information once your order has left our door, please contact the carrier directly.

How do I return my order?

George’s Cream wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please contact Customer Care to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions.

Why is my credit/debit card not being accepted?

The billing address and phone number provided must match the information currently on file with your bank. If you feel there’s an error, we recommend getting in contact with your banking institution or rechecking the information entered in the required fields.

Can I change my address after my order has been placed?

Reach out to our Customer Care team immediately. We’ll make every effort to change the address information as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Can I change my payment method after the order is placed?

Unfortunately, no. Once you have checked out, we’re not able to change the payment method on the order.

Can I change my email address after the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, no. Once you have checked out, we can’t change the email address attached to the order, but please contact our Customer Care team and they’ll be happy to provide you with your order information.

I accidentally entered the wrong apartment number. Can I change it after the order has been placed?

Where can I buy George’s Cream products?

George’s Cream can be purchased on our website, various Pharmacy outlets across Canada as well as Canadian retail outlets including Shoppers Drug Mart, Real Canadian Superstore, Save on Foods, Safeway, PharmaChoice, Sobeys and Pharmasave.

We are also available at some Walmart locations in Alberta (behind the Pharmacy counter – ask the Pharmacist or an Associate).

Who do I contact if I’m having technical difficulties with the website?

If you are having difficulty placing an order online or experiencing other problems with the website, contact Customer Care.

Are your products fragrance-free?

All George’s Cream products are fragrance-free, non-comedogenic and non-irritating. If you are sensitive to a particular ingredient or have any other concern, we suggest that you consult your dermatologist.

Do you offer discount codes or other promotions?

We very rarely have discounts, sales or promotions. But, when we do, we keep them open to all rather than requiring a special code. We have no active codes available at the moment. We also have no place to enter a code during our checkout process.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.

We ship our packages via Canada Post UPS or FedEx.
